Leet Nordics AB operates this website at www.trylinguini.com and decides what happens to the personal data described here.

What this notice covers

This notice covers this website only: the pages you are reading and the forms they carry.

The product itself is used under its own agreement and governed by the documents presented inside it; how it treats what people say in a conversation is described on the security and privacy page.

What we collect

What you send us through the demo request form: your name, work email address, organisation, role, what you would use the product for, and how you heard of us.

What our servers record when a page is requested: the address requested, the time, your IP address and your browser's user agent.

Analytics, which measures how the site is read, runs only if you have agreed to it.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

Form details are used to reply to you and arrange a demonstration — our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you chose to send us.

If you tick the marketing box on the form, we may also send you occasional messages about the product. That runs on your consent alone; withdraw it at any time by writing to the support address, and we stop.

Server records keep the site available and secure, which is also a legitimate interest. Analytics runs on your consent, and on nothing else.

Who we share it with

Nobody beyond the providers that run the site for us: Railway, which hosts it; Resend, which delivers form submissions and email; Zero, the customer-relationship system in which our sales team keeps demo requests; and an analytics provider, if one is ever enabled.

Each acts on our instructions and for no purpose of its own. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept while we are in contact with you about a demonstration, and for 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted.

Server records are kept for 30 days and analytics records for 14 months; both are deleted at the end of that time.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or withdraw a consent you gave.

Write to support@trylinguini.com and we will answer within one month.

You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Sweden that is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten.

Cookies and consent

The site stores what it needs to work — your cookie choice, and anything typed into a form but not yet sent.

Anything beyond that, analytics included, runs only after you agree to it. Change your choice at any time with the Cookie preferences control in the footer.

Changes

We update this notice when the site changes or the way we handle data changes.

The date at the top of this page tells you when we last did.
