End-user licence for the Linguini application
This licence governs your use of the Linguini application at linguini.app, and applies to you if you hold an account in it. The website at www.trylinguini.com has terms of use of its own, which cover the site alone, and the application's handling of data is described in its own privacy policy. Your acceptance of this licence is recorded against the document and the version named below.
Version 1 · in force since 22 September 2026
Who this licence is between
Leet Nordics AB (organisation number 559529-6301, Edla Sofias Gata 1, 134 50 Gustavsberg, Sweden) grants you this licence, and you accept it when you first sign in to the application.
You hold your account as a member of a Community that an organisation, typically your employer or a body you belong to, has set up under its own agreement with us. That agreement governs what the organisation may do with the application; this licence governs what you may do with it, and lasts while that agreement and your membership do.
What you may do with the application
You may use the application to take part in the conversations your organisation invites you to, to read what your role lets you read, and, if you administer a Community, to run it. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it permits nothing beyond what your role grants.
It is granted on your organisation's behalf and for its purposes; it ends when your membership or your organisation's agreement ends.
What you must not do
Share your sign-in or let anyone else act as you.
Reach, or try to reach, anything your role does not grant, including another Community's material.
Try to work out who said something from a Report, or combine a Report with anything else to that end. The anonymity of a Report is the point of the product, and defeating it is the one thing this licence most firmly forbids.
Extract content from the application by automated means, interfere with how it runs, or probe its security except through a disclosure to us.
Record a conversation yourself; a recording is made only by the application, and only with the agreement of the people in it.
What to keep out of a conversation
Taking part is voluntary. You may decline an invitation, and you may leave a conversation at any point; nothing in the application penalises either.
Keep confidential, sensitive and proprietary material out of a conversation: trade secrets, personal data about other people, anything you are under an obligation not to disclose. A conversation is read as a whole and summarised for your organisation, not kept as a private channel.
A conversation is not the place for a concern about your own wellbeing, harassment, an ethical or a legal matter. Your organisation has channels for those, and they are the ones that can act on them.
What belongs to whom
The application, its design, its code and its documentation belong to us. Nothing in this licence transfers them.
What you say in a conversation is yours as you say it. Once it has entered the analysis, de-identified as the privacy policy describes, it becomes part of your organisation's material, and the Reports built from it belong to your organisation.
A Report, or anything exported from the application, may be used by your organisation for its own purposes. Outside the application it remains subject to the same rule: no attempt to re-identify a person.
Availability, and what is not warranted
We aim to keep the application available and to tell your organisation about planned maintenance in advance. Support is provided to your organisation under its agreement, and to you through it.
The application is supplied as it stands. We do not warrant that it is free of faults or that a conversation will proceed without interruption, and the insights in a Report are a reading of what was said, produced in part by an AI model, not a statement of fact.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your organisation's use of a Report.
Nothing in this licence limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under consumer-protection law where it applies to you.
When access ends
Your access ends when your organisation removes you from its Community, when its agreement with us ends, or when you ask us to erase your account. We may suspend or end it if you breach this licence.
What you contributed anonymously stays in your organisation's material, because it is no longer data about you. What is tied to your account is deleted as the privacy policy describes.
Governing law and disputes
This licence is governed by Swedish law. A dispute that cannot be settled between us is heard by the Swedish courts, with Nacka District Court (Nacka tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, unless the law gives you the right to another forum.
Changes to this licence
A changed licence is published here as a new version, and your acceptance is asked again and recorded against that version.
The version you accepted stays available at an address of its own, so that what you agreed to can always be read.
A change that narrows what you may do or widens what you must not is announced in the application before it takes effect.
